What is your cancellation policy? We require 48 hour notice if you need to cancel.  All cancellations must be made by phone 303-349-4640. No refunds for no shows or for anyone who does not observe this policy. With proper notification, we are happy to reschedule and/or provide supplies for you to do your sign at home or refund your money. All sales are final. We reserve the right to reschedule parties that do not meet the minimum number of guests.

* Guests who are no shows for paid items at parties/events must make arrangements to paint or pick-up sign within 48 hours of party/event date or signs will be recycled into inventory and are non-refundable.

 

What if I want to paint a sign by can't attend the monthly workshop? 

For personal sign painting orders there will be a  $5.00 up-charge on the price of each sign & sign(s) must be pre-paid with a minimum 48 hour turnaround for us to prep your materials. But remember.... if you bring 7 friends to our monthly workshop, you get your sign for FREE! 

Will you create and paint a custom sign for me? 

Yes! Paint the Pine will be glad to create & paint a custom sign for you! There is a $20.00 up-charge to the price of the sign plus shipping unless you pick-up.  SIGN SIZES AND PRICES
